Mark Fitzpatrick is the founder and CEO of Irvine, CA-based RUHM Luxury Marketing. He started RUHM in 2014 after 11 years creating and running a successful boutique real estate agency. RUHM specializes in marketing properties, including high-end homes, with multimedia packages that go far beyond the ordinary. In addition to his passion project and full-time enterprise at RUHM, Mark serves as a thought leader, public speaker and general apologist for making marketing a creative, results-oriented pursuit.
Through his work, Mark seeks to revolutionize the way properties are branded, bought and sold. He’s pretty much allergic to the status quo, wasted time, negative thinking, bad Instagram filters, QR codes, and the mass confusion that ensues when marketers refer to slideshows as “videos”. As Creative Director of RUHM Luxury Marketing, Opie gets to tell stories, make movies, and look at multimillion-dollar homes all day. Opie started his own company in high school, regularly securing coverage in national publications. So naturally, he was one of those overachievers whose day would be utterly ruined when he’d receive an A-. Stupid chemistry.
